A major goal in our family since Doug's new job has been to get Max tested for food allergies to determine what caused his anaphalactic shock last year.
We brought him in to an allergy specialist who sent him to the blood lab to draw 18 vials of blood for the following things:
Miles came along for moral support.
Max was very happy to get a little bear.
Here he is afterward. It was quite tiring to have that much blood drawn in such a little guy.

About three minutes later...
Results were: Highest level of allergic reaction (on a scale of 0-4) for pistachio's and cashews. I'll post later more about it.
