Summertime

Here's some summer events we enjoyed:

Time at the baseball field.

Carter finished the Harry Potter series and I bought him this new Wii game.

Date night trying Bam Bam BBQ...good meat, okay sides.

Mom:  "Haleigh are you sad?"  Haleigh: "Does this look like a ball of happiness to you?"

Running errands with me and grandma as we party planned.

Beauty shop time.

Learning to play the foot game (bubble gum, bubble gum in a dish...).  If you win, you have to kiss your foot.  The dog always won because he has extra feet.

Girl Scout parade

Library activities...this one was a teddy bear tea party that ended up being about water experiments.  We ended up having fun though.  We had planned it for the little kids but also explored the library.  Great kids section!

Max learned to watch a full episode of Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood.  That's big news.

There were many sleepovers in various rooms.

We went to the nearby senior center to perform a few musical numbers.  Here we are practicing.

I swear that dog thinks he's one of my children.

We spent hours at the eye doctor to update our prescriptions and get new glasses.

Big kid time at the pool.

Wyatt really loves pears.

Trying out Rita's a new local ice cream shop.
