We were so happy this fall that one of our fruit trees started to produce actual fruit!  It only took three years!  Here's one of our peach trees...

Here's the center of our garden.  The corn didn't do well again due to a weird moth that keeps coming around.  

The challenge for me is to figure out what to do with it all.  We planted tons of peppers and after dicing, slicing, freezing and eating them, I still had more.  

This is a trick I learned to help cut up and freeze corn.

Sometimes I added peppers and froze the mixture to make into a dip later. 

I also got a spiralizer to help do something with these huge zuchini!
