Some of our summer adventures included frequent trips to the splash pad, which I loved because I knew no one could drown and they could be wet, but safe without me right next to them. I often am able to even read a book if we go there versus the pool.
Plus, fry sauce makes every thing better in the world.
Haleigh got to experience Lagoon, an amusement park here, for the first time and loved it!
I also got to visit an independent bookstore that i've been wanting to see for years! The owner was so nice, he gave me a free book of the history of the store and I got a few new fun things.
