We were talking about the kids saying their nightly prayers all by themselves, rather than just relying on family prayers. To help them remember, we got some black foam, glow in the dark paint and foam stickers. After decorating them, we hung them above their beds on the ceiling so that every night when they are laying there, they can look up and see the glowing reminder. (Hint: If you decide to try it, double coat the letters and add dots on top of the foam letters in a variety of designs so they stars stand out too in the dark)

That is a great idea! They've had prayer rocks, which take too much remembering to move them, and they get kicked under the bed, let's be honest here:) I'll have to try the pray reminders. Thanks for the idea! Where do you get glow in the dark paint?
