Carter's Museum

Carter's fifth grade class did a wax museum where he was assigned to be Franklin Pierce (who we heard later was related to us).  He was vigilant about that curl in his hair since he saw a picture of him that had one.  He was so serious about the whole thing!

They pose around the room with props on their desk and when she pushes the Start button, they give a  one minute speech.  If the teacher yelled "Switch" then they all change statue positions.

"Switch!"

I always take a little one on my trips and Louis got to come to this one.

"Can you play afterschool today?"
"I think so but let me go home and change first."
"Why?"
"If we don't, we'll end up playing..."

"...like this all day."
