May Days

Small pics so get out your magnifying glasses.  There were some camera issues which have now been resolved...I think.  Here's how some of May went for us.

Haleigh performed in the first grade talent show with "Tomorrow" from Annie and did a great job.

I went out to dinner with my old roommates and had a ball catching up.  Next time we are going to get facials I think!

The weather started to get warm and we planted the garden.

The new spot for the fruit trees.

Memorial Day was yard work and snow cones.

For my young kids I love the splash park.  No fear for mom when they are out getting wet.

When I was blogging one day, the two little ones came up to me to show off their very cool new trick.  Sticking licked fruit snacks all over their bodies.

Mothers Day was great.  Doug gave me a rose garden and an area in our room for the TV and baby late night feedings.

The kids made me homemade gifts including this wonderful chandelier by Carter.

One day I decided to take pictures of all the cool hands on things that the kids bring back from church.  They love to show us what they get each sunday.

The rocks they chose from the temple grounds nearby.  Holy ground.

The holy spirit can light inside your soul with this paper cylinder with mini flashlight inside.

This cool box was Louis's from nursery.

The last day of school events:

Carter's list of what he hoped would happen.

Lunch out with a "mountain of fries" to share.

Carter earned his doctorate with extra projects all year.

The summer calendar was put up with activities to look forward to.

Carter opened his time capsule.  Look how small he was a the beginning of fourth grade!

Haleigh got a pillow sewn by her teacher and her portfolio back.

Doug and I had a date where he got a razor shave of his beard at the barber shop.
