We have a few more decorations for Easter than we have for the most recent holidays and the kids have been loving playing with them for the last month. I decorated early so I wouldn't have to worry about it when the baby got here. For some reason, they love to put the baskets on their heads (or other people's heads) like hats.
During General Conference, when Doug fell asleep on the couch, they tiptoed around and gathered every Easter thing they could find to surround him. It was very sneaky and funny.
It worked so well on Daddy that they decided to do it again on Grandpa when he showed up. He's more of a light sleeper though!
One of the cutest things is how much Louis has decided he loves bunnies. He'll carry the one's we have around the house hugging them. The kids saw Hop on Spring Break with Doug and got the toys for the movie from Burger King so we are all set for the big day. Perhaps I should add a disclaimer that we also had a family night lesson about the real reason for Easter, too. :)

Cute post. I am wishing I had brought some Easter stuff and decorations, especially some simple Easter baskets. They don't sell them here anywhere. The only few I have found are already full of chocolate bunnies and eggs with plastic around them. It's so frustrating. I am planning a little Easter-egg hunt (also not done much here), and I don't have any baskets for the girls! We have learned they don't do an Easter bunny either. (The tradition here is a bell with wings that brings the kids candy Easter morning.) Why is that American holidays are so much more fun?
