The Baby's Arrival

The Flory family tree has grown to the Flory 5. We are excited to announce the birth of our son!

Weight:        7 lbs 14 oz

Height:         1 ft 8 in 

Birthday:       04/08/2011

Eyes:           Green / Blue

Hair:             Lots of it!

It's taken a few days, but finally here are some pictures of our latest happy news.  

Heading to the hospital to be induced the morning of Friday, April 8th.

I was called an "experienced mother" by my nurses and the inducement went by nicely.  I labored for about 6 hours, with an epideral.  My mom was able to come and chat with me for some of the laboring which was nice since she usually is at home helping with the kids.  When things started moving along it happened fast and I actually had to focus on not pushing for about 10 minutes till my doctor could get to the hospital through traffic.  He came in catching his breath from running and with one little push, Wyatt arrived.

It's a boy!  

 

Everyone who saw him commented on how much gorgeous hair he has.  The nurses called it "corn silk."  We could have given him a haircut on the first day!
