"Wee Wee, Pee, Pee, Tinkle..."
Haleigh: Dad, how do you spell "fart?"
Doug: Why?
Haleigh: I'm doing my homework and I don't know how to spell it.
Doug: What are they having you do for homework?
Haleigh: Write down ten words that start with "f."
Doug: Well, we don't say, "fart" in our family. Think of some other F words like Flory or fun.
Haleigh: Oh, okay.
(In the car listening to Raffi's Baby Beluga).
Haleigh: Mom...I really want to get a whale.
Michelle: We can't get a whale. They live in the ocean.
Haleigh: But they are so cute. (Under her breath...) I just want a little one.
Doug, Carter and Haleigh walking to the car after a BYU basketball game through a crowd of 22,000 people.
Everyone is talking about how much fun they had and glad BYU won.
Haleigh is pretending to be a cheerleader with her new pom pom.
Carter very randomly says, Dad, I know the nine steps to the plan of salvation.
Doug: There are nine?!
Carter goes on to explain what he learned at church the week before in great detail.
