I thought I'd do a post that didn't have me complaining for once. Here are some pics shot on my phone as I drive around the state for Grand Canyon University to see student teachers. As long as it's not snowing and the roads are clear, I don't mind exploring the state a bit. I told Doug when we moved here that I would like to see more of the small towns because when I was in college, I never got west of Utah lake and never really went into the mountains much, not even to ski. So far this semester I've seen many small towns north, east, west and as far south as Manti. I just love the view of the temple there. I was surprised to learn that there is only one school in the whole town of Manti. Seems like there would be more.
Anyway, here are some pics from my winter drives around the state.

Utah really is a beautiful state. Bryant's cousin got married in the Manti Temple, and it is so pretty on the inside. Thanks for your supportive comment. I need those right now!
