Thanksgiving

I'd better get this Nov event on here before it gets into Feb.  Then I would be very lame instead of just sorta lame.

I cook everything double and freeze half for later holiday events

Oh yes...I did make a homemade pecan pie. It wasn't too bad.

I like to try one or two new recipes each holiday and this year I brined our turkey. I was proud of myself.

Overall a yummy success.  I'm glad we stayed home this year although I missed the crazy fun of family too.  Maybe next year...
