We found out that the zoo in Salt Lake City offers free admission on the last day of every month in winter so we bundled up one cold morning and headed out. It was a small zoo compared to Phoenix, but the kids loved seeing animals nonetheless.

I liked how the little boys always stood so close to big brother and big sister.
Checking out the water tank. We like aquariums but haven't seen one better than in LA at the Aquarium of the Pacific yet.
