After heavy blinking and frequent headaches, we got Haleigh's eye's examined and it's now official. She wears glasses. After her eyes were dilated, she was "blind" for most of the day and it was sweet to see her brothers take care of her. I even took her out to lunch on a blind date where I had to pretty much feed her since she couldn't see. I think she looks really cute but she is still adjusting to them. She is "fairly far sighted" as the doctor said which means she has to struggle to see things up close. We are to try them out for 8 weeks and then go back to report. So far, so good. We've all been learning the rules of glasses like don't share them, don't loose them, wear them all the time, keep them clean, etc. It's a lot for a five year old to take in. She kept whispering to Louis, "It's me, Haleigh. Do you recognize me?"

You look soooo cute in those glasses! We love them on you! It's great to hear you figured out what was causing your headaches.
Oh my goodness! She looks adorable! I hope they are helping with the headaches etc...:-)
