Speaking of Utah

Picking Veggies at Great Grandma's Farm

Miles and Dad at the Parade

We got back at the beginning of the month from a family reunion trip to Utah. It was very fun! The kids saw where Doug and I were married at the Mount Timpanogous Temple. We told the kids, "That is where mom and dad said we loved each other and kissed and now we are a family forever." Since we passed the temple a few times, Haleigh heard the story over and over and eventually rolled her eyes and quoted the story back to me saying, "I KNOW, mom!" I learned that I can manage the second level of drums on rock band and that Doug is close behind. My brother and his wife were awesome hosts to over 19 people and though the noise level was high-it was fun to see everyone with morning hair until bedtime prayers. The photos show the highlights. Here are our favorite moments:
Doug-seeing mountains and pine trees, grilling on the 4th, spending time with the family

Michelle-seeing her brothers and sister and their families, cooler weather, fry sauce and great food
Carter- Kangaroo Zoo for bouncy fun, Great Grandma's Store for french fries and a free candy from Grandma, climbing a mountain with Dad and going in Timp Cave

Haleigh - going to Jocelyn and Jenica's house to play, going to the parade

Miles-running in the grass in the backyard, climbing stairs
